At United print. signs. graphics. we really look forward to full service projects that allow us to provide end-to-end solutions from the conceptual design stage to final installation. When a representative from Waldron contacted us about a potential interior window graphics project for their beautiful downtown office space, we were eager to participate in the vendor selection process.

“Waldron is a Professional Services firm that assists regional, national, and global clients with a full range of talent management services,” shares Loribeth Dalton, Managing Director, Talent at Waldron. “Our work requires discretion both in our physical space and the delivery of our services. We were seeking to create privacy and maximize natural light. The high impact entry way supports our brand. Leadership, Talent, Social Good. That is what we are about across our practice areas.”

So what drew Dalton to seek out United as a potential vendor? “We prioritized seeking bids from minority owned businesses. However, our ultimate decision was made on responsiveness, design, and quickness to schedule.”

United President Michael Barrett consulted with the client to get a better understanding of the project budget and timeline, but also to assess the design aesthetic and pain points in getting a project of this scope underway. “When I started conversations with Loribeth, she let me know her primary concerns regarding privacy, working with the architecture of the space and the service level she expected. We came into the process after previous consultations with other vendors proved unsatisfactory regarding design concepts and timeline. After our initial discussions, I had a clear understanding of the client’s expectations and worked to translate those needs to the rest of our team, with special emphasis on presenting great design concepts that would enhance the space.”

Our in-house designer was up to the challenge, presenting a range of custom concepts that play well with the style of the building and unique open interior space. “We were fortunate to partner with Michael Barrett and United’s design team. Michael did the initial consultation and heard our needs for something elegant that fit our mid-century modern design aesthetic,” said Dalton. “I was absolutely thrilled with the partnership with the team at United. The strengths are great listening, flexibility and patience in guiding the client who has no design background.”

The final result of the custom design concept phase married a combination of elements that appealed to Dalton and the management team at Waldron. The window graphics design was then put into production using a variety of clear and printed custom cut vinyl. Our in-house installation team completed the final phase on-site both during and after business hours to ensure that the final product was put into place with the least amount of disruption with sensitivity toward Waldron’s need for client privacy.

“Our installation crew knocked it out of the park. There is a great deal of window coverage, and the visibility of the entryway provided an opportunity to really make an impact visually to highlight the Waldron brand,” shared Barrett. “I couldn’t be more pleased with how the overall design concept and final installation turned out. It was important not to rush the process, and to provide a high level of service for a customer who is brand new to us. We have a strong track record of providing full service creative solutions and appreciated the chance to work in such a beautiful space to make our client happy.”

Dalton expressed a similar positive sentiment to the finished window graphics. “We have received very positive feedback from our clients and guests on this design. We are delighted!”
